Atveria — Information and Data

database Where does the data come from?

All forestry and habitat data displayed on the map originates from official national forest registries and open environmental databases. The platform analyzes up-to-date forest stand attributes (tree species, stand age, development classes, and site habitat types) to highlight the most suitable areas for each mushroom or berry species.

Forest stands are paired with regional site productivity and moisture conditions to provide a unified, accurate habitat analysis across regions.

Attention: The map displays officially registered state, municipal, and public forest areas. When moving in nature, always respect local terrain, property signage, and residential privacy.

gavel Forest Conduct Rules (Right to Roam)

Across the Nordic and Baltic region, the right to roam grants everyone the opportunity to enjoy nature and gather wild produce (mushrooms, berries, nuts), provided nature and landowners are treated with respect.
